Thank you for shopping with Rosette. Please review our shipping policy carefully to understand how orders are processed and delivered.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless you are told otherwise after payment is successfully received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or Bank holidays.

During high-volume periods, launches, or promotions, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Domestic Orders: Estimated 3–7 business days after shipment
  • International Orders: Estimated 7–21 business days after shipment

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, if available.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Rosette is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Rosette is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will do our best to assist when possible.

International Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country.
